Agreement and Governance

The agreement between Affordable Web Design Leeds and the Client is exclusively governed by these conditions, with any alterations requiring written agreement. The scope of work is detailed in the invoice, transmitted via email.

Communication

All project-related communication occurs via email and text. Clients are responsible for updating contact information promptly. Affordable Web Design Leeds is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate contact details.

Initiation of Project Work

Project work begins upon payment receipt. For the Pay Monthly Website, the upfront payment of £150.00 serves as both set-up fees and a commitment to purchase. The Pay-In-Full Website requires a 50% payment of £299.99, both via bank transfer. Payments are non-refundable after work commencement. The SEO bundle necessitates a monthly upfront payment of £150.00.

Payment and Invoices

Payments cover website setup expenses. Invoices must be settled within 3 working days. Failure may result in work suspension, with payment arrangements considered at Affordable Web Design Leeds’ discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must conduct research and ensure legal use of supplied content. Timely communication is essential. Lack of contact for 2 weeks prompts attempts, and non-response within 6 weeks may lead to website termination.

Image Usage

Images purchased by Affordable Web Design Leeds are for design only. Affordable Web Design Leeds aims to provide a reliable service but isn’t liable for business impacts.

Harassment Policy

Affordable Web Design Leeds may cancel contracts for harassment without refund. Communication after cancellation must be via email.

Content Disclaimer

Server and Domain Responsibility

Affordable Web Design Leeds is not liable for server-related issues. Clients are responsible for renewing domains purchased elsewhere.

Hosting
